The melodies in this album are very well-constructed. However, Cryoshell doesn't seem to rip off the aforementioned bands, just inhabit the same musical area.
Cryoshell’s Feed explores not any one specific addiction, but having an addiction in general. It can be alcohol, drugs, sex, whatever it is for the listener. Fourth track from their self-titled album, Feed incorporates Cryoshell’s style of alternative rock blended with orchestral instrumentation predominately featured throughout the album.
Produced by Jacob Hansen, the album was recorded between late 2008 and early 2010 at Hansen Studios in Ribe, Denmark. Between 2007 and 2009, Cryoshell produced songs for the popular Lego toy line Bionicle that featured in commercials and other mediums promoting the sets.
