Millions of Dead Cops is the debut studio album by the American hardcore punk band MDC. It was originally self-released in February 1982, being reissued/remixed through their own label R Radical with help from Alternative Tentacles later that year. Today it is considered a hardcore punk classic.

Album: Millions Of Dead Cops. Down on the street Giving poor the heat With their clubs and guns Doin' it all for fun. Dead Cops. Big bad and blue They're in the Klan too Brutality is their sport We'll put 'em to the torch. Rebel, rebel on the street Makeup on my face Stockings on my feet All the straights asking me why I'm not a normal American guy. What makes America so straight and me so bent? Call this the land of the free Say its the home of the brave You know they call me a queen Just another human being.

Dead in the middle of Little Italy, little did we know That we riddled two middlemen who didn't do diddily. It'll be a cold day in Hell the day I take an L Make no mistake for real, I wouldn't hesitate to kill I'm still the fat one that you love to hate Catch you at your mother's wake Smack you, then I whack you with my snub tre eight. so beware It's rare that niggas want beef, Big Pun speak And let these motherfuckers know how we run the streets. Fat Joe: I knew I had to do a song with Big Punisher on his album. I also knew the world was bigger than New York, so we had to do a track that I knew they would play on the West Coast. When Snoop Dogg 1st came out, & him & Dr. Dre did that ‘Twinz (Deep Cover ‘98),’ that was the hardest shit. amp; nobody had fucked with it.

Millions of Dead Cops. They couldn't keep it up though, and More Dead Cops, the 1988 companion piece that fills out this disc, is a pale reminder of the band's early prime. The topics on Millions might seem a bit dated now, but none of the aggression does; Dictor jumps out of these grooves ready to rip your head off so he can pour his propaganda straight down your throat. 2 people found this helpful.
