Fucked Up is a hardcore punk band from Toronto, Canada. The band won the 2009 Polaris Music Prize for the album The Chemistry of Common Life. Style:MLA Chicago APA. "Couple Tracks: Singles 2002-2009 Album. Missing lyrics by Fucked Up? Know any other songs by Fucked Up?

Fucked Up. Couple Tracks (Matador). Over the last decade, this Toronto sextet has dragged punk rock into dangerous new territory, and Couple Tracks picks up some of the vinyl shattered along the way. Essentially a companion piece to 2008's Epics in Minutes, the 25-song collection splits the band's difficult-to-find singles ("Dangerous Fumes," "Toronto FC") and rarities (the demo "Carried Out to the Sea") across two discs

The two-disk compilation is opened by a sound-byte about equality, which I suppose is the point of Fucked Up, to accept people as they come, instead of ignoring them for seven years because they weren’t part of a token hip genre. Songs such as ‘Neat Parts’ and ‘Toronto FC’ make they album storm along at a hectic pace, often sounding like 70s garage rock with hardcore vocals

Nonetheless, these two discs are packed with gold. Fucked Up started out pretty raw, but perfected the art of the punk rock single after only a few years, and subsequently saw their generosity overflow.
