Lights Of Cincinnati (7", EP, Mono). The artwork on this release must be one of the most striking Scott Walker picture covers. This EP is a bit of an oddity, it being pressed and released in Singapore - that information is not on the disc or sleeve but was gathered from collectors/dealers in Singapore. One wonders what policy Philips had regards what was produced and where, espeically when you consider the bland UK single release in a plain white company cover.
