A generation gap or generational gap is a difference of opinions between one generation and another regarding beliefs, politics, or values. In today's usage, generation gap often refers to a perceived gap between younger people and their parents or grandparents. Early sociologists such as Karl Mannheim noted differences across generations in how the youth transits into adulthood

No Generation Gap Lyrics. Has it been so long since you had your way? With no respect or any understanding? The reasons for this day's plan That the risk they take for our demands. I could go on, more and more about The situation that persists No explaining, no complaining, no restraining There's no generation gap Generation gap Generation gap Generation gap. Has it been so long since you had your way? With no response that they understand? The reasons for they say explain That the risk they take at our command. I could cry on, more and more.

Reasons behind generation gap: Misunderstandings. Misunderstanding is the main reason of generation gap. Some miss communications and much smaller reasons cause the problem of understandings. Reasons behind generation gap: Different lifestyle. You can choose mealtime to communicate with your family. And even you can take them for a picnic where all of you can enjoy and communicate better together. If you’re having some issues with your partner then you can help your partner in their work. So with this way you can spend time with him/her and you can grow better understanding in relationship. 2. Start reducing understanding gap. Understanding gap is the base of generation gap. If you will reduce this gap of understanding in your relations then your relation will get more dipper and stronger with your parents or children.

Why is there generation gap between you and your children? You are judgmental and critical about whatever they do. You question their actions. This is hundred percent authentic generation gap! But you never accept the fact that there is a wide generation gap between you and your children. You always think you are a perfect parent. I take them for vacations to exotic places.

The problem of generation gap exists everywhere across the globe. The problem exists even in the developed countries but it is not experienced very intensely. There are many ways to solve the problems but if unsolved can lead to many other problems. Problem of generation gap. The problem of generation gap is universal and everybody across the globe faces the unchangeable problem. But this problem is experienced intensely in countries like India or Gulf countries where the families live united. Although the families continue to live unite they may be in odd terms with each other.

There are no clean lines where one generation ends and another begins. I write from Pontins in Southport. One of the things I’ve noticed, apart from the correlation between someone’s body weight and the acreage of flesh on view, is that the generations are blurring. Because the only gap that has ever mattered in this or any other country isn’t age, race, or region: it’s class.

One of the important problems of all times is a generation gap. Adult's mentality is different from teenager's. We are the children of two epochs with different views on various subjects. Because of this parents and children sometimes argue with each other. Some people believe that teenagers today are generally rude, lazy and ill-behaved. Other people, however, think that teenagers are not so bad. Sometimes people don't understand teenagers. Most of the quarrels between parents and children happen because of children's marks at school and generation gap. We try to learn better, but if we have a bad mark our parents can shout at us. In most cases "new generation" doesn't understand their parents and becomes depressed because of this.
