The Dubliners is the eponymous debut live album by the Irish folk band The Dubliners. It was produced by Nathan Joseph and released by Transatlantic Records in 1964. The line-up consisted of Ronnie Drew, Barney McKenna, Luke Kelly and Ciarán Bourke. When Kelly died, the album title was changed to The Dubliners with Luke Kelly by the record company to spur sales of the reissue and underscore the magnitude of Kelly's contribution to the group. The diversity of material encompasses drinking songs, ballads depicting romantic folly, sea shanties, covers of songs by Ewan MacColl and Pete Seeger (among others), and also political songs, with numerous variations and permutations.

The Best of The Dubliners: 1976 - Polydor 2488 421 LP (Germany). The Very Best of the Dubliners: 1999 - Outlet 2001 CDIRISH CD. This CD box set contains all tracks from the 1979 LP Together Again, the only CD (re) issue of this album of which I am aware. Notes: This portion of The Dubliners' discography is more than likely still incomplete.
