Made in the UK. Mark Hollis' handwritten lyrics and James Marsh's paintings for the 1983/1984 singles are printed on a twelve pages booklet. Durations do not appear on release.

The second single from Talk Talk’s second album It’s My Life (1984). It was written by Mark Hollis. The single reached number 1 on the charts in Switzerland, in Germany and in Italy. It was re-issued in 1990 to promote Natural History: The Very Best of Talk Talk album.

Still pulling off the catchy single on It's My Life, Talk Talk also proved themselves capable of achieving a cohesive album - a rare feat for the time and an unexpected surprise from a band that seemed to be simply a bandwagon-jumper. Not a single bad song on this.

Talk about Talk Talk - It's A Shame

Massive tribal/progressive remix from D-Formation on this one. Hard hitting, peak hour, well suited for a BIG room. The Talk Talk vocal is used during 2 separate breakdowns/builds while deep digging bassline stabs and snappy reverbed highs make this one a total floor killer. The only redeeming tribal track from D-Formation that I've ever heard. Its a shame the rest of their production is so generic....pun alert...!
