Pearl Jam is an American rock band that formed in Seattle, Washington, in 1990.

The May 26, 2000, concert in San Sebastian, Spain, is the third in Pearl Jam's official bootleg series of all their 2000 shows. The band is still far from its top form. In fact, this particular performance may well be the worst of the whole year. The band tries to salvage things by playing the high-energy rocker "Whipping" from the Vitalogy album for the only time in Europe, but it is characteristically sloppy as well. Another unique feature of this concert is a short bluesy improv played while some technical problems are fixed. The show gives off a really loose party vibe.

Pearl Jam's official bootleg program was begun for the band's 2000 Binaural Tour. 72 of the "bootlegs" were released to stores in three waves in late 2000 and early 2001, with the 25 European bootlegs coming first. Every show was released in a cardboard sleeve containing two CDs, with the exception of the 72nd and final show on the tour, November 6, 2000 at KeyArena in Seattle, Washington.
